City of Om Movement and Wellness Festival

Canada’s largest movement and wellness festival brings three immersive days of yoga, fitness, Pilates, workshops, a 5K run, and family programming to the RA Centre across nine dedicated venue spaces. The Vendor Village features over 40 lifestyle brands and healthy food vendors, while the Wellness Space offers massage, acupuncture, and recovery modalities between sessions.
