Ottawa LMHSC Mock Trial

An immersive mock trial designed for supervisors, managers, owners, and corporate leaders, placing participants at the centre of a real-world fall incident in which a worker fell from elevation during residential construction. Participants analyze the circumstances, evaluate on-site decision-making, and assess potential liability under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The event runs four hours and is in person at the Centrepointe Drive address.

Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required and the event is almost full.

This session is specifically tailored to those in leadership or supervisory roles in construction and similar industries.
